Gazpacho is a cold raw vegetable soup from southern Spain, basically a blended salad. It is cool, refreshing and easy to make. It is also a great alternative to a Bloody Mary 😉 You can mix it with vodka, tequila, gin. Get creative!
There are hundreds if not thousands of recipes and variations. I included one of mine.

This cocktail is inspired by and dedicated to a sweetheart of a friend, a generous soul and a ROCKSTAR CHEF -
This is what I would pair with your Cuban Cigar Spring Roll.

The flavor of mangosteen is a delicious mix of lychee, peach, strawberry, and pineapple. If you have not tried it, I sure hope you will.
