  • 1.5 oz. HANSON Of Sonoma Cucumber Vodka
  • 1.5 oz. Gekkeikan Sake
  • 1 oz. Junmai Yuzu Shu
  • 5 Large Shiso Leaves, muddled
  • 1 oz. GT’s Sacred Life Kombucha
  • Rim: EBI FUMI FURIKAKE

In a cocktail shaker muddle Shiso Leaves. Add the first three ingredients. Shake well with plenty of ice. Double strain into a pre rimmed cocktail glass. Add kombucha. Enjoy with the crab you love!
