2 oz Aqua Perfecta Basil Eau De Vie
2 oz Tomato Beet Bloody Mary Mix
0.25 oz Cherry Syrup
2 dashes Orange Bitters
1 oz Blood Orange Ginger Beer
Rim: Chili Salt
Garnish: Beet Chip/Cherry Tomato/Basil

Rim the glass, set aside. In a cocktail shaker with ice combine the first four ingredients. Shake vigorously to chill and dilute. Strain over a large ice rock. Add ginger beer.
