When Life Gives You Lemons...

Zest them, juice them, add 3/4 cup sugar, 1/2 butter, 3 eggs...

In a saucepan, combine 3/4 cup lemon juice, 1 tbsp lemon zest, sugar, eggs, and butter. Cook over medium-low heat until thick enough, about 6 minutes...you’ve made yourself some lemon curd. What a delicious present!

  • 1.5 oz Vodka
  • 1.5 oz Vanilla Vodka
  • 1 oz Lemon Cream Liqueur
  • 0.5 Honey Simple Syrup
  • 0.5 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Lemon Curd

Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake it up well to chill and dilute. Double strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Enjoy!
