Shiiso Horny

• 1.5 oz. Waterloo No.9 Gin
• 1.5 oz. Gekkeikan Sake
• 1 oz. fresh lime juice
• 1 oz. Jasmine Tea Infused Maple RUNAMOK
• Bam Bam Bamboo Bitters
• Ginger Beer
• 5 Shiso leaves, muddled

In a shaker:
Muddle 5 Shiso Leaves. Add first four ingredients. Shake well with ice. Double strain into a highball with ice. Fill up the glass with Ginger Beer. Add a couple of drops of Bamboo Bitters. Garnish with Shiso. Enjoy with the one you love!
