1.5 oz Tequila
0.5 oz Mezcal
0.5 oz Chile Ancho Liqueur
0.75 oz Fresh Lime Juice
0.75 oz Smoked Maple Syrup

Half of a very ripe peach, muddled with a pinch of Smoked Serrano Salt

Rim: Smoked Serrano Salt

In a cocktail shaker muddle half of a very ripe peach with a pinch of Smoked Serrano Salt . Add ice and the rest of the ingredients. Shake vigorously to chill and dilute. Double-strain and serve over Jalapeño Citrus MIXICLES.
