Not Really A White Russian

 

  • 2 oz Rabbit Hole Heigold Kentucky Straight Bourbon
  • 1 oz Jumping Goat Cold Brewed Coffee Liqueur
  • 0.75 oz Th.Kramer’s echler Aromatique
  • 0.25 oz Sugarmaker’s Cut Maple Syrup
  • Dash of Firewater Bitters

 

Garnish:

  • Smoked Alderwood Salt
  • Gold Luster
  • Fresh Mint

 

Dutch Cocktail Foam:

  • 2 oz Advocaat Dutch Egg Liqueur
  • 1 oz Heavy Whipping Cream
  • Cream Charger

 

Espresso Ice:

  • 5 oz Espresso ( or coffee)
  • 2 oz Water
  • 0.5 oz  Sugarmaker’s Cut Maple Syrup
  • Pinch of Smoked Alderwood Salt
  • Dash of Firewater Bitters

Freeze in advance

 

In a mixing glass combine the first five ingredients. Stir with ice to chill. Strain over the espresso ice cube ( I used two large ones). Finish up with Dutch Cocktail Foam, Gold Luster,  Smoked Alderwood Salt and fresh mint.
