- 1.5 oz The Glenrothes Speyside Single Malt Scotch Whisky
- 1.5 oz Rojo Amargo Vermouth
- 0.5 oz D.O.M. Bénédictine
- 3 drops Orange Blossom Nasturtium Bitters (homemade)
In a mixing glass with ice add all the ingredients. Stir to chill and dilute. Double strain into your cocktail glass.

This sophisticated vermouth undergoes a double infusion process. The initial infusion consists only of mountain herbs noted for their small roots and very aromatic flowers. The vermouth then absorbs these aromas resting for the next two years in wooden barrels.
Following the aging process, a second herb formula is added, a blend of plant bark and roots which increase the intensity of the flavours and gives it its bitter essence.
