• 2 oz. 8 Ball Premium American Chocolate Whiskey
• 0.5 oz. St. George Absinthe
• 0.25 oz. fresh lemon juice
• 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
• 3 basil leaves (Thai Basil preferably)
• 2 oz. Guinness Extra Stout

Garnish: black lime + basil

In a Boston Shaker muddle Basil leaves. Add first four ingredients. Shake vigorously with ice. Double strain into your favorite cocktail glass. Top it off with Guinness ( or your favorite dark stout). Enjoy with the one you love!
