Dutch Muilezel
- 2 oz de Borgen Old-Style Genever
- 1 oz Homemade Rosemary Persimmon Cordial
- 0.75 oz Fresh Blood Orange Juice
- 0.75 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
- 2 drops Saline Solution
- 2 oz Blood Orange Ginger Brew
- Dash of Bob’s Winter Bitters
Add the first five ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously to chill. Double strain over fresh ice. Top it of with Ginger Beer. Add a dash of Winter Bitters. Garnish with fresh rosemary and a persimmon slice. Enjoy!
