Dutch Muilezel

  • 2 oz  de Borgen Old-Style Genever
  • 1 oz Homemade Rosemary Persimmon Cordial
  • 0.75 oz Fresh Blood Orange Juice
  • 0.75 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 2 drops Saline Solution
  • 2 oz Blood Orange Ginger Brew
  • Dash of Bob’s Winter Bitters


Add the first five ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously to chill. Double strain over fresh ice. Top it of with Ginger Beer. Add a dash of Winter Bitters. Garnish with fresh rosemary and a persimmon slice. Enjoy!
