Calamity Jane

• 1.5 oz. Calamity Gin
• 1 oz. Machuca
• 0.5 oz. fresh lemon juice
• 0.5 oz. Passion Fruit Juice
• 1 ripe Tomatillo fruit, muddled

In a cocktail shaker muddle one ripe tomatillo. Ad the rest of the ingredients. Shake with ice. Double strain into a cocktail glass. Enjoy with the one you love!

Tomatillo is also known as a tree tomato. The flesh is tangy and variably sweet, with a bold and complex flavor, and may be compared to kiwifruit, tomato, guava, or passion fruit. Tomatillo contains chlorogenic acid that helps reduce blood sugar, especially in people with type II diabetes.
