- 1.5 oz Sōmbrus Chai Cream Liqueur
- 1 oz Chai Infused Golden Rum( homemade)
- 1 oz Spiced Rum
- 1 oz Thai Tea
- 1 Tbsp Boba Pearls (ready to use)
- Rim: White Chocolate/Graham Cracker
Melt white chocolate. Dip the rim of your cocktail glass into the chocolate then immediately into crushed Graham cracker. Refrigerate while making the cocktail.
Add the first four ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously. Double strain into your chilled cocktail glass. Add boba.
All of my components are homemade but feel free to use your favorite boba tea to simplify.
