2 oz Rabbit Hole Bespoke Gin
2.5 oz Pineapple Juice
0.5 oz Lime Juice
0.5 oz Cinnamon Syrup
2 dashes Creole Bitters

Frozen Pina Colada Sphere

Rim: Pumpkin Spice Sugar

Prepare a Pina Colada Sphere in advance by freezing equal parts of Pina Colada Mix and water in a sphere mold.

Rim the glass and place Pina Colada sphere in it. Set aside.

Combine gin, juice and syrup in cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously to chill and dilute. Double-strain into the prepared glass. Add butters and sprinkle with some freshly graded nutmeg.
