  • 2 oz Buenbicho Joven Mezcal Artesanal
  • 0.75 oz Sour Apple Liqueur
  • 0.75 oz Wheatgrass Pineapple Cold-pressed juice
  • 0.5 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 Kiwi
  • Green Chartreuse Rinse
  • Garnish: Nasturtium Leaf, Gold Leaf


In a cocktail glass swirl a bar spoon of Green Chartreuse. Set aside.

In a cocktail shaker muddle one ripe peeled kiwi. Add ice and the rest of the ingredients. Shake vigorously. Double strain into a prepared glass. Garnish.
