• 1.5 oz. fresh lime juice
• 1.5 oz. Simple Syrup
• 2 drops Chef Rubber Passion Fruit Flavoring
• 2 basil leaves, muddled
• Rim: Chef Rubber Hickory Smoked Salt + Basil Sugar Crystals
• Garnish: Green Apple Slice/Celery Leaf/Basil Blossom

In a cocktail shaker muddle 2 large basil leaves. Add ice and first four ingredients. Shake vigorously. Strain into your favorite cocktail gloss, rimmed with Chef Rubber Hickory Smoked Salt + Basil Sugar Crystals. Garnish.
